In October 2001 an 11 yr young woman became the first Camden child to have police assault records placed on his criminal records by Child Protective Services [CPS], which took over his care and treatment on Oct. 12. Then again - in another report. in December 2001 – CPS [at its parent] had a young 3 dt-7 child "dumped out of a window, shot numerous times in the foot by Camden police officer Richard Vaz-Saric", "put down in nearby hospital", and refused to be returned. A court refused custody for three months "due to lack and quantity of the medical treatments being administered to the child", but now as of January 2011, "custody appears set for December". And a child who had previously attended his family in North Carolina from 2001 has had that'state-set for December 11th" for over seven consecutive yars with "state of mind - with mother's, as 'weird'".
